If a new leaseholder moves in, the new leaseholder and all remaining leaseholders must fill out an application and qualify according to income and criminal standards. If a roommate moves out, all remaining leaseholders will need to re-qualify according to income and criminal standards.

125% of monthly rent and rentable items payment due at the time of enrollment. Enroll within 30 days of move in or at the time of renewal. required 30 days notice of vacate along with proof of home purchase. Home Purchase Plan must be used during the agreed lease term.
|How do residents renew their lease?||
Residents can access their renewal offer in the UDR Resident portal or www.myudr.com. All lease holders must sign the renewal documents in full. Valid renter's insurance must be on file and any Rhino deposit policy must be renewed prior to countersignature. Once the renewal packet, insurance, and Rhino (if applicable) are complete, the CRS will send countersignature request to the designated onsite contact.
